The Empire Marquês Hotel intends to hire a professional for the Reception area to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities:
• Attention and reception of guests during check-in, check-out or routine requests at the counter/telephone following the Hotel's standards.
• Register guests, consult reservations and information in the computer system
• Guarantee guest loyalty through a professional and proactive stance, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of individual cash funds
• Claims Management
• Sale and promotion of hotel services

Requirements:
• Preferably a degree in hotel administration or similar, although it is not a eliminating factor.
• Good knowledge of English and other languages
• Dynamism and proactivity
• Sense of responsibility
• High team spirit
• Time availability
